I was born in Milan on October 1, 1980. I've received the Master degree (cum laude) in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2005 and the Ph.D. degree in Physics from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2009. Since December 2011 I have a permanent position as a researcher at the  Institute of Photonics and Nanotechnologies (IFN) of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) in Milan.

My current research includes the development and the application of new laser techniques for the spectral characterization of diffusive media using Time-Resolved Techniques.
